Local Pickup & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Coll’s Custom Candles LLC. Each candle bouquet is handcrafted and often customized for a specific occasion.

Please review the following policy regarding local pickup orders.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Webster/Rochester, NY.
Pickup details will be confirmed after your order is finalized..

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed-upon pickup time. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.

All Sales Final – Local Orders

Due to the handmade and custom nature of each candle bouquet:

All local pickup sales are final.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been picked up.

Damaged Items

Each bouquet is carefully inspected before pickup.
Once the item has been accepted at pickup, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you notice any concern at the time of pickup, please let me know immediately so it can be addressed on the spot.

Order Cancellations

Because materials and time are committed to each bouquet, cancellations may not be accepted once production has begun.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Approval of cancellations is at my discretion.
